I tried that dirty steak of Jim's the other day... Well actually I just flung a piece of meat on the glowing coals, no idea if its anything like what's on the video... BUT it was great fun! Tasted good, too. Nice and smoky.

nothing else with the fire burning????? Almost everything I've cooked is with a fire burning George!!!!

I think I've only pulled the fire out once for bread. Sometimes the more I read the less I know
