I'm still getting used to the fact that its all more flexible cooking in a WFO.
One problem I have been having is that the bread bakes too fast from above, probably because I didn't leave the coals in for long enough (yep, I removed then last time round)... but if it still doesn't work I can try putting them round the edge. |
