The Caputo is really good stuff and makes a great crust. However, I cant justify the price when I can get 25 pounds of Baker's Bread Flour from Sam's club for like $12. We have burned through a sack and a half since fininshing my WFO late last summer.

It's flour for Pete's sake, not cocaine.

Thanks for that assessment!

It is certainly a lot of money to pay for flour but I am still hopeful that sanity will prevail and Caputo (or some entrepeneuring soul) will take the matter in hand and bring this flour in to Oz at a reasonable price. Would be good to have it as an option here but not at an outrageous price [end rant]...
