Default Chimney design option

We are going to be adding this trim style to the two chimney's on our house -- this photo is a new house up the road.

Do you think this style could work on a stucco and tile enclosure on our outdoor kitchen? Is the chimney wide enough to carry a smaller version of this detail?

What do you think?
James

May not be a problem if James burns the stuff they use when a new pope is elected.

James - I would think a scaled down version would work.

Grey stucco? :-)

Here's a good question. From everyone who has built a decorative enclosure around their stack and spark arrestor -- are you getting black soot build up?
