 Long handled pizza peels We just received our first delivery of the long-handled wood pizza peels with the detachable blade (head). I'm looking forward to playing around with the system, and seeing how it works. They look nice, and the long handle is very practical. The blade is 12"x22" and the handle is 48". Good for boules and pizza. We can also get larger blades -- up to 22"x42" for lots of baguettes. If you are making larger pizzas, we can stock the larger widths.
