Getting my garlic on....
Last weekend I saw Sunny Anderson (Food Network for those in the US) make a roast pork shoulder. I was doing other things at the time, but recalled that she used about two heads of garlic.
After doing some poking around, I found the site where the recipes from the show were.

I made the pork last night. My yard and porch are indescribable. The dog is just walking around crying with her nose in the air.
I absolutely could not wait for lunch. So the dog and I ate pork for breakfast. Now we both need breath mints.
