Any one else with cold weather tips?
One good advice from way up north (and east). Good lighting! My pizza-session during the Christmas week was a mixed experience. A few of the pizzas "separated" (topping slid off) during the placing. Handling such situation with poor lighting means serious trouble and a messy meeting with the "crime sceene" the next morning.
