An outspoken Glaswegain friend of mine (Doug) offered it up as a money making tip.

He's also responsible for the BBQ line in my signature.

We finished our oven this past weekend and had an informal get to gether, however we are planning a blowout party. Our pastor wants to come over and bless it, i kid you not!! I think we will take him up on his offer. So i guess you can think of that as a christening?!

We did name the our oven the RED DRAGON...she is not pretty but heck she works!
