I pity the guy who comes onto this site unprepared and tries to tell everyone how it is.

The wealth of experience and breadth of expertise on this site has to be unparalelled anywhere.

We've got trained chefs, masons, engineers, welders, ...you name it. Home oven builders....commercial oven builders....and on and on.

And lots of people who have built (and cooked extensively on) multiple ovens.

It really is an amazing resource and depository of knowledge.

Personally, I could never handle six pizzas in the oven at the same time....in my 60" oven. Too much going on.
