Apple Bacon Galette
These are addictive. Ive adapted them from The Kitchen Chick's Apple Galette. In my version I make them smaller (8-9" dough circles), and just use 1/4" diced apples. I get three to four smaller individual servings from the recipe. The bacon-maple syrup is amazing once it cooks up and thickens a bit!
