 Chimney in dome roof
I saw this type of design in a couple of e-bay auctions. The most recent I saw was ebay item number: 270143141801. The chimney comes straight out of the top of the dome. This seems to defy all that I have read about brick oven design.
Wouldn't most of the heat escape before the heat can soak the bricks?
Do you suppose this is intended to be a decorative oven (fireplace) or a real baking oven? |
