Well I have definitely become an upright chicken convert. Absolutely delicious and incredibly moist. Will have to get a few of those stands.......probably from the UK.........or get some made here if someone could post a piccy of a 'naked' one

Close the upper part of your chicken with a downward entire half of a lemon.
This will enhance the flavours of the bird.
