Just tried a flat wholemeal loaf in the oven t'night. I put a small pie tin in with it 1/2 full of water to give the oven some steamy atmosphre. Cooked the loaf for 25mins @ 200 C Am I on the right track? The loaf looks gorgeous, shall eat it in the am.
