I'm a tester too, and I test the recipes in my WFO. Here's a bunch of PR's Struan from last night.

Annie,

Just recently, I've become a tester on the new book as well. Unfortunately, my oven is outside, so I won't be able to begin in earnest for about a week. Still way too much snow on the ground out there.

Cool! I'm bummed that I didn't find out about this until today; I would have loved to be a tester. I've been using Peter's recipes for many years.

Jim, I've been doing a lot of the testing in my regular gas oven as well as the WFO. It's a lot of fun.

DB, they are opening up the testing again in mid-March for new testers so check out Peter's blog for more info.
