| Jim, I should have mentioned that I baked it in my home oven on a pizza stone. Next time I will try adding a bit more butter and see how that comes out. There is only enough of that Irish flower for a couple of more loafs. It will be interesting to see if it will come out more moist in the middle with the additional butter and lower heat.
