| Dennis sent me these great photos of his oven in progress. We have talked about how the core Pompeii Oven plans can be localized to suit local building materials, and this is a great example. I enjoy seeing that there is more than one way of doing some of the oven building steps, and seeing an Italian oven in a cool setting. Can't wait to see the lines of people waiting for great pizza.
