 Mixers Redux All, A new Forum member, Alfredo, sent me this link to The New York Times. The story about the cheese is interesting, but scroll down to find the bit about mixers. Seems that mighty Cuisinart has decided to go head to head with KitchenAid for the counter-top market. Note the fact that the C "doesn't get as hot" as the KA. Hummm  . | Re: Mixers Redux I just checked, and the Viking 7 qt, 1000W mixer is $525 online. The Cuisinart is $450. There must be demand for companies to be introducing new products in this space. James

| Re: Mixers Redux Interesting, the mixer bowl in the video on Cuisinart Stand Mixer looks nice and large...slightly larger than the one on the splash page of the website... Overall the mixer looks pretty sturdy... Somebody buy this and give us a review! Drake |
