Two favourites:

1) grate zuchinni and sqeeze out excess juice. Mix with whatever cheese and chilli and bacon and garlic. Spread evenly.

2) caramelised onion, chopped garlic and anchovy.

hello, i got a nice little recipe fore a dessert pizza, you need oranges, sugar and cointreau, an orange liquor , strech the dow, sprinkle sugar and a splash of cointreau, set in oven. In a bowl add orang slices, (peel them first) little sugar, and a nice dose of cointreau, when dow has a nice color, add the orange, and if needed add a little extra liquor. salute!!

My favorite is a Red Clam Pizza with crumbled hot sausage. Sauce is 'hand squeezed' whole tomatoes mixed with a touch of clam juice and a couple of cloves of garlic. Olive oil on the dough, then the sauce, add pre-cooked crumbled hot Italian sausage and minced clams, a few slices of whole milk mozzarella, a sprinkling of oregano and parmesan cheese.

tomato pizza sauce
Chorizo
Red Capsicum
Onion
Musrooms
fresh Chilli
Mozerella

a little sour cream for sauce
Smoked salmon
fresh dill
chives or fine onion
brie slices
cracked pepper

a thicker style blanco base topped with
a little fresh garlic
anchovies
mozerella
Paremesan
this gets baked until *just* cooked.
then top this with fresh rocket leaves dressed heavily with fresh lemon juice, black pepper and EVO

Quattro Formagio

Simply dough, dabs of mascarpone, dabs of blue cheese, dabs of mutz, and parme.

A heart attach in waiting but oh so good!

Working on perfecting a BLT Pizza. Bacon Lettuce Tomato Sandwich! I can eat them every day of the week. Near the end of tomato season here and will be making several versions of this pie in the next week. I will report back on the results. Has anyone had good luck with a BLT Pizza. Also, who makes an exceptional dessert pizza. Wife having ladies over next week. They all want pizza.

The local restaurants here do really good Rocket Pizza. Their idea may help you.

They make a simple Margarita type pizza and then sprinkle lavishly with a mixture of rocket, thinly sliced onion, olive oil and parmesan cheese when it is hot out of the oven to wilt the rocket.

Perhaps adding the lettuce like this may be the way to go.
