We're having a group of about 40 people coming over the first week of October. I plan on making 8 eighteen inch pies. It is to be an appetizer. I am going to pre- bake the pies in the morning and take them out about 30-45 seconds before they are done. When we want to serve them I'll just put them back into the oven to heat up. This way, all 8 pies will come out of the oven in under 15 minutes, and I can enjoy the party.---Mel

I saw it. It's a great source of info. Thanks.
