| I thought I'd initiate a potential shopping list.... When we pizza party, I love to just make combination pizzas and put them out for people to try...so what do you buy? Every pizza seems to disappear and if there is any extra it's soon munched on as desert. What's on your shopping list? Jim

| Sauces: for the sauses we use traditional homemade tomato or pesto sauces so that sometimes directs what type of toppings. We've also used a refried bean spread and made taco pizza with lettuce, onions, taco meat, grated cheddar, salsa, etc. Pretty good. I have also had a pretty good Polish pizza....polish sausage, sauerkraut and cheese...also very good.....but can't remember what sauce might have been on it?? Anyone do those>

| Okay, so that's my list of options to consider when going shopping. I do agree with being careful about not overloading or overpowering ....but sometimes get carried away too! what other items do you buy/try? And what are some of your popular combinations? Good eating! XJ

| Some of the pizzas I ate in Italy last year had fresh arugula on top. Just piled on, then they cut the pizza. I've done it at home too-prosciutto and arugula, and then a drizzle of best olive oil....
