I do not yet have a picture but a great pizza idea that is popular with my friends is Pizza Bolognese. The inspiration is Lasagne Bolognese. The pizza crust (preferably made with Caputo flour) is stretched and brushed with olive oil,then a very thin layer of bolognese sauce( meat sauce made with veal, pork, and pancetta from Mario Batalli receipe), then a thin layer of bechemel sauce ( made with flour and butter roux and milk with salt, pepper, and a touch of nutmeg), finally the pizza is sprinkled with grated parmesan and baked in the usual fashion in a hot oven.
