| I usually store mine in a large bowl then separate them into small containers for the final proofing the next day. |

| I bought 12 of those small ziplock plastic containers to use. I find they hold 1/4 of a batch dough well, and the dough does not seem to stick to them very much. Now If I could only keep my lovely bride from using them to take her lunch to work...... Disclaimer - your results may vary..... Christo

| These rubbermaid storage containers are just the right size for dough balls, they are cheap, and strong enough to be dishwasher cleaned. I poked a hole in the lid of each one for outgassing during cold retardation, but I don't know if that is necessary. |

| Thanks DMUN - I kept experiencing mini explosions in my refrigerator -- now I know to vent the containers! |
