My newest reading material
I don't speak or read Italian, but I saw a recommendation from a trusted source and decided to make the investment and take a look. 250 pages, 50 some have to do with ingredients and technique, 170 have to do with differing pizzas. I can get through the information enough to understand most of the ingredients and techniques and what I can't I'll ask a close Italian friend. From what I understand Gabriele Bonci is adamant about using seasonal ingredients and his pizzas run the full spectrum. I'll update this as I get further into the book.

I read on a different site, that this book is supposed to come out in English on October 15th of this year. I would post a link to the site, but it is probably verboten to do so.
