I used Peter's Americana Pizza dough recipe from his American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza book to make stromboli this past weekend. The dough performed perfectly and was delicious!! I also used his herb oil in the stromboli. One dough recipe made four 14"-16" strombolis.
