Our UK office is headed up by Alf Armstrong, a well-respected expert in the British brick oven, bakery, home baking and restaurant communities. Alf restored the French brick oven at the famous Village Bakery and Restaurant at Melmerby in Cumbria, he has recently completed a brick oven for Betty's and Taylor's of Harrogate, and has installed, restored and repaired ovens throughout the country.
