You are cordially invited to attend Forno Bravo Expo 2010, the premier wood-fired cooking and wood-fired oven event in the US. Forno Bravo Expo 2010 will be held Feb. 20-21 on the Monterey Peninsula.

FB Expo 2010 will include demonstrations, talks and hands-on seminars on a wide range of topics, including wood oven construction, Vera Pizza Napoletana, hearth bread, oven management, running a mobile wood-fired catering business, pizza ingredients, flour and more. We will have representatives from leading food companies, catering companies and pizza training schools—and we will eat very well.
Expo will run from 11AM - 4PM on Saturday February 20th and 11 - 2PM on Sunday February 21st.

The Fire Within, suppliers of portable wood-fired ovens.
Bella Familia, Northern California's premier mobile wood-fired caterer.
Antonio Laudisio, PBS chef and owner of Laudisio in Boulder, CO.
Giusto's Flour, the leading processor of organic grains and wheat in the western U.S.
We are also planning on offering a "Build Your Own Oven" service, where you work with us to assemble and finish your own oven using the Forno Bravo Casa modular oven kit. You provide the labor and we provide the materials, the space and the expertise, giving you a great oven (and a great experience), at a great price. Your oven will be shipped to you after you get home. Let us know if you are interested in doing this fun project.
