We are happy to announce the dates for the Spring 2011 Forno Bravo Expo, to be held Saturday, May 14 at the Forno Bravo office on the Monterey Peninsula. It's been an exciting year, with lots of new ovens and new developments—and we have twice the space we had last year.
Registration is now open. We would recommend that you register early. We did not sell out last year, but we had nearly 200 registered attendees.

FB Expo 2011 will feature live demonstrations, talks and hands-on seminars on a wide range of topics, including wood oven cooking, Vera Pizza Napoletana, hearth bread, oven management, running a mobile wood-fired catering business, pizza ingredients, flour and more. We will have representatives from leading food companies, catering companies and some great chefs—and we will eat very well.
Expo will run from 11AM - 4PM on Saturday, May 14th 2011 at:
