  1. We finished our homemade FC Tuscan style last year and love it. The thing is though that we really haven’t figured out how to make really kick-ass pizza dough. Tried ‘gluten free’ methods a few times because many (wifes) around these parts were all into that rage. It seams the GF rage has subsided a bit. However, we still don’t really know how to make great dough!!!

  2. I should of been clearer. I’d love to be able to whip up a great regular style dough and also a GF style for those folks who really are gluten intolerant. I got the impression though that pizza dough really needs the gluten.
    Seriously in need of a ‘regular’ style dough though.
