    1. I’m anxious to try this recipe, but what would the results be if cooked entirely in a wood-fired oven and not in an oven first? I’m guessing the tomatoes may have to wait to be placed on the focaccia until a late stage. I love it when I can cook something start to finish without the kitchen oven. Have you tried it?
