Ramekins Fall 2006 Wood-Fired Cooking Classes

Here is Ramekins upcoming schedule for wood-fired cooking classes using a Forno Bravo oven. Some of the classes are specifically wood-fired, and others use the oven, in addition to other cooking techniques.
