Forno Bravo Adds Long Handled Wooden Pizza Peels to On-Line Store
March 5, 2006. Windsor, CA. Forno Bravo, LLC, a leading provider of Italian-made pizza ovens for pizzerias, restaurants and homeowners, has started stocking a new line of long-handled wood pizza peels with the detachable blade (head). I'm looking forward to playing around with the system, and seeing how it works. They look nice, and the long handle is very practical. The blade is 12"x22" and the handle is 48". Good for boules and pizza. We can also get larger blades -- up to 22"x42" for lots of baguettes. If you are making larger pizzas, we can stock the larger widths.
