    I really like this video, it helped me a lot to make a great dough. I used the caputa flour and it was the best pizza yet. The technique for stretching the dough was great. You can also find other pizza videos at this site.

    A whole packet of yeast for less than three hundred grams of flour? hmm. At least it looks like he's using a pretty high hydration.

      As with any recipe you, you should tweak it for your own needs. I use active dry yeast from a jar and used less than a packet.

        I posted that link some while back here: http://www.fornobravo.com/forum/f41/...king-8069.html and included links to sauce making and pizza preparation videos by the same guy.

        I actually found the tomato sauce making video the most helpful as the recipe provided with the pizza dough video didn't seem accurate (but I think they may have updated since then). The dough making method itself was interesting though...
