Sorry, Jimmy, I've been away for a while but here is the original. Raspberry Apricot served a la mode! Just use your regular dough; spread some good olive oil as a moisture barrier and rub on some butter, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and place some apricot wedges and half raspberries; cover with a generous 2-3 tbs brown sugar and cook at pizza temp until the crust is brown and the sugar is melted. We serve it like desert with ice cream drizzeled with port wine or cream sherry. Enjoy!
