i purchased a primevera 70 three years ago. i wanted to make neapolitan pizza.i started wit the recipe published by forno bravo. it was quite challenging learning to make and bake this style of pizza.three years later i am still learning. i have traveled throuout the u.s. and recently to naples italy to sample the pizza from its origin.i can say that forno bravos recipe can produce the real thing. i am also very happy with my p70 and feel it is a absolutly great oven!!! this little oven is perfect for small gatherings. pitures of pizza from this oven .i also paint my oven a little diffeent each year.
