Mom & Pop bakery/ restaurant that does apple wood fired, sourdough pizza made from a custom blend of local and organic flours. They also do a sourdough spelt crust. Their pizzas are not strictly classics - popular specials include a pulled pork pizza with housemade bbq sauce, caramelized onions & apples. Definitely worth checking if you are in the Okanagan Valley. Pizzas there are only served in the evening.
