    One of my favorite dishes is the "sardines in purgatory" cooked to perfection in a clay dish with a spicy based sauce/juice.

    So, how about a recipe? My best friend is a Sicilian from Brooklyn, and he doesn't have it. Might be good, if dangerous, to one-up a Sicilian.

      i don't have the actual recipe but i will be going back before the end of the month and i will be sure to get it and post it.
