    Hey Gang,

    Had the chance to dine at Otto in Las Vegas (OTTO - DINNER MENU) Mario Batalli's place. I had the Prosciutto Arugula with tomato, mozzarella, cacio ($19). To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

    The crust Sucked - no oven rise. It looked like it came strait off a sheeter and had the edges rolled. Bland was the word!

    Sauce was bland

    Mozza placed on the pizza was not even - VERY spotty

    Prosciutto was AWESOME

    loved the fresh arugula.

    Grade: C

    Would I eat there again? No, the pizza was OK, but for the price and the overall quality, it was not worth it.
