Dome Installation Video - Casa / Premio / Modena

Hello,

For many of you who bought a modular oven, you may have asked how we put the domes together when we build them. For those of you considering one of our ovens, we shot a video to make your install easier.

    I was watching a cooking show last night
    Luke Nguyen's France | Recipes Food Travel | SBS Food
    The French baker had a nylon stocking on his peel to stop the baguettes sticking as he put them in the oven.

    Sounds like a good trick that might be worth trying.

    That's a great idea, but just keep the stocking crutch away from the baguette.
