Dome Installation Video - Casa / Premio / Modena

Hello,

For many of you who bought a modular oven, you may have asked how we put the domes together when we build them. For those of you considering one of our ovens, we shot a video to make your install easier.

Check it out on our You Tube Channel.

If the link doesn't work, simply go to You Tube and type Forno Bravo Channel. The video title is How to Set your Forno Bravo Oven Dome Pieces.

The vent probably won't ever exceed 500 C.

You sure about that? The gasses coming out of my oven are pretty damn hot. I have never measured it, but it has to be close to the dome temp which exceeds my laser's ability (950 F plus). Why wouldn't it be, that's where it's coming from. It's most likely going to work but I always go to the edge, then step back a few...

Edit... I read the numbers too fast, Ed mentioned 840 but I ran with the 500 - huge difference between the two.

My IR thermometer reads to 2470 degrees F. The highest temps I've ever recorded in my dome were just under 1200 degrees. 840 C is equal to 1544 F.

I doubt you'd get that hot in the vent but I don't know for sure.
