That is an interesting oven. I think it can not unfortunately reach pizza temps.
Well it certainly would struggle to attain 90 second margherita temepratures, but I imagine it would get at least as hot, if not hotter than a domestic oven, so apizza would certainly cook in it.
I would make a few design changes, such as some way of clearing out ash, maybe a way of letting a little smoke into the cooking chamber, etc.
