    I took a section of SuperIsol up to make it easier to build my vent and landing area in front of the oven. It was valuable also to see how the wet concrete effects the insulation.

    Basically, it was damp, but perfectly stable. I poked it with a knife on both the top and bottom, and they were equally dense and stable.

    All is well.
