    i am building a brick oven in the igloo shape but i would like the chimney in the center,can i form a 2 inch x 4 inch steel manifold to the shape of the oven,an then cover it in bricks to put the chimney in the center?

    This is the form we use to center the chimney on our Napolino, Napoli and Vesuvio style ovens.

    We modify the vent landing on the front casted dome and install the form. Then we secure the anchor plate to the top center and pour High Temp Mortar into the channel.

      thank you for the pic. and the information ,i'm going to try this in stainless steel and see if it works.
