  • Gaz wood fired oven COMBINATION

    Dear James,

I would like to know that if i purchase a professional gaz fired oven, could be used only for wood consumption and in case i get short on wood supply, i use the gaz?

Or gaz ovens are only for gaz use and wood ovens for wood?

    Thank you,

    Hazem

Re: Gaz wood fired oven COMBINATION

    Hello Hazem,

The Modena G oven burns natural gas or LPG, and it can be used in any combination of wood-only, gas-only, or gas/wood. It might work well for your requirement.
