    hi, i have bought this oven and need to move from existing restaurant to my pub 2 miles away. i can take out store front glass and pick up with forklift and place on flat bed truck, but at pub my widest opening is 48" . can i place this oven on its side without stones moving or breaking. i removed chimney yesterday, it was alot more difficult than i thought. the oven is 2200 lbs.
    thanks for any input
    ps. there is a steel cage around oven
