Forum Issues Update
We are continuing to work diligently to resolve the issues currently being experienced with the PhotoPlog. Thank you for your patience!
We do pot roast after almost every pizza bake. On the 2nd morning after pizza, the oven is around 250F. Perfect for an all day roast.
I put in a hunk of cheap beef and all the leftover pizza veggies.
For convenient liquid and seasoning; a bottle of marinade is all you need.
You can also use leftover wine, a can of beer or Coke. If I use one of these, I'll also add cracked pepper, garlic, a packet of onion soup mix and whatever else gets my attention from the spice cabinet.
Add cut up potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, whatever sounds good.
Put a lid on it and stick it in the oven. I'll usually put mine in around 9am and it's ready by 5:00pm. We never have leftovers.
