    Happy new Year to everyone! We are one year in using our CASA 90 and get to use it everyother week. We live on the Washington coast and have done everything possible to keep any moisture from getting into the oven. My question is how fast can I safely bring my oven up to temp. Currently we plan on 3 hours. Final question is we have tried cooking at 700 but we get better results at 650-.
