We got a nice email from the folks at the Big Green Truck. They are the ones who installed a Wood Fired Oven in a 1946 International Harvester truck. Very cool.

They have published their 2008 schedule and prices and I thought it would be good to let everyone know here. Check them out at:

    Great Website: Big Green Truck
I have a few question's concerning BGT's mobile oven. First, I am wondering how he transports a brick oven without it not suffering distress from road vibration? I also thought that a precast modular oven works best for transporting (mobile Pizza oven). What are your thoughts? ANYONE!
