    Hi I'm looking to learn about mobile WFO catering from this forum! I currently operate a takeout pizza establishment and want to capitalize on the growing WFO trend.
    I have many questions first is how do you guys handle a breakdown your tow vehicle? Basically if you tow a trailer mounted WFO, what safeguards do you use to guarantee arrival on a given date? Thanks and hoping to learn from everyone. Steve
