    Hello! I'm a new guy to the FornoBravo Forum. Name is Wayne and I'm extremely interested in learning about mobile wood-fired pizza food trucks. Any mentors out there?

    I am 60, had some college, my own business and looking to combine my overall work experience with my love of pizza. Originally from NY State and I have tried most trends in pizza pies from NY to CA. I only know two things for certain about pizza; I know what I like, and I have so much to learn.

    Outgoing, personable and looking to interact with other members about pizza!
