I'm looking for help with an oven that will be constructed here in Austin. Are there any others here in Austin with experience in constructing these?

    Welcome

There are several regulars in the SA and Austin area, do a search for 'Austin' in the data base and you might turn up a few possibilities -you can send them a private message or e-mail for a personal contact. In the mean time, study the plans from this site.
