    Hi all my name is Jim I live in DFW are of Texas and have been on the Brick Oven yahoo site for a while and was thinking of building a Alan Scott type of oven but have just discovered this site and now have changed my mind to the dome type of oven as I just want an oven for pizzas and meat and on occassion, bread, so this oven seems to be a better fit. I have the base blocks in possession and some concrete I need to get busy soon and at least start the slab but first I will educate myself here for a while I think. Sorry for the typo's I dont see a spell check, Thanks, Jim
